Anonymous public posting is allowed
Patients can choose anonymous display names after private verification. Public pages should not expose phone numbers, email addresses, documents, or exact medical identifiers.
Every story and reply is moderated
Content should be factual, calm, and useful. Block abusive language, personal attacks, unverified allegations, medical prescriptions, and emergency advice.
No hospital-paid influence
The platform must not sell positive reviews, rankings, or hidden promotion. If sponsored educational content is ever added, it must be clearly labelled.
No medical diagnosis
Doctor tips are educational only. The platform does not replace a consultation, emergency care, or a patient’s treating medical team.
